Cultural Principles

Cultural Principles are often referred to as ‘values’. So why not just call them values? In Mirrored Horizons’ experience, values have become so generic across people and businesses that they no longer provide information on what it is that differentiates one business or person from the next.

Cultural principles develop the common set of values into how you are going to practice and live by these every day, “actions speak louder than words.” Cultural principles become beacons that tell you when you are off track. They help to bring you back into alignment to live in accordance with who you are and what your purpose is.

Mirrored Horizons have developed our own set of Cultural Principles that demonstrate how we like to engage with people and what we like to receive from people in return.
